Booking Policies
Booking an appointment:

To book an appointment a £10 non-refundable booking fee is required.
-
The booking fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment.

The appointment is not secured until the booking fee is payed.
-
The booking fee can be made by bank transfer when you initially book or at the patch test appointment.
​
Cancellations:
-
Please let me know within 48 hours if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
-
If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of your booking fee.

If the appointment is missed the booking fee will not be refunded.
-
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (before 48 hours notice ) the booking fee can be transferred to a future appointment.
Sickness / Covid:

If you or someone in your household has become unwell or has a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

If I become unwell I will inform you as soon as possible and rearrange the appointment with you.

Clean lashes
-
I would like to give every available minute possible to applying lashes in your appointment time. Please arrive at the appointment with no eye makeup on.
-
Eye makeup can affect eyelash extensions and their retention. Removing the eye makeup products takes time out of your appointment slot.

Early/late to appointment:
-
Please come to the appointment on time.

If you arrive early please wait until your appointment time as I may be with another client or preparing for your appointment.

If you are late to an appointment it will still finish at the scheduled time in order to accommodate the next client.

Guests and children:
-
Children, pets and extra guests are not permitted during the lash appointment.
Infills
-
I do not infill another technician’s work. A removal and full set of lashes would be required.
​
Patch Tests​
-
A patch test is required for LVL Lash Lift and Eyelash Extensions for new clients, change in medical history (including if the client has received a Covid vaccine or had Covid) or after 6 months.

If after your patch test you experience any discomfort, itchiness or redness please get in touch and also refer to your GP immediately.

Privacy Notice
This data protection privacy notice provides you with details of how your personal data is collected and processed.

What information is collected?

Information is provided voluntarily by the client using email or telephone e.g. your name, email address / telephone number and a message. Information is also collected on a client consultation form at the appointment.

Only Helen Cameron processes this data in the UK and emails / correspondence are kept for no longer than necessary.

Your personal information is kept private and is stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use.

What happens to the data collected?​

The information is used to make contact with you following your enquiry to provide further information about the lash services and respond to any questions and needs that you may have.

The information is kept for internal record keeping and for issuing invoices and booking confirmations. ​

Is my information shared with others?

All information held will be treated as confidential and will not be divulged to a third party.​

Your information will only be disclosed if legally required by law.

This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the online platform that allows me to sell my services to you.
